TSUBAME2 provides both Linux and Windows operating systems on its compute nodes. The basic software components are listed below. Application informaiton is available here.

WARNING: While most TSUBAME1 programs won't need to be rewritten just for running on TSUBAME2, recompilation on TSUBAME2 is highly recommended because some libraries are installed at different paths
